Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns of products or do exchanges of products.
If your order was damaged in transit, or if you’ve received the wrong hellowater® order, please reach out to our customer service team by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and either we will send you a replacement or offer you an equal exchange credit at www.hellowater.com.
If you believe there is a quality issue with your hellowater® water, please take note of the code and the “best by” date printed on the neck of the bottle, so that we can trace the specific batch of hellowater® you have received. Inquiries will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
We know you’ll love hellowater® as much as we do, so we suggest ordering our variety pack first so you can discover your favorite flavor. In fact, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, just email email@example.com within 30 days of your purchase to request a refund (including shipping, if applicable). When you do email us please provide your proof of purchase email/invoice details. We can only offer refunds for your FIRST TRY/PURCHASE.
This guarantee only applies to one (1) case purchase and our refunds are limited to one case per person.
