What is our return policy?

Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns of product or do exchanges of product.

If your order was damaged in-transit, or if you’ve received the wrong hellowater order, please reach out to our customer service team by emailing us at sayhello@hellowater.com and either we will send you a replacement or offer you an equal exchange credit at www.hellowater.com.

If you believe there is a quality issue with your hellowater water, please take note of the code and the “best by” date printed on the neck of the bottle, so that we can trace the specific batch of hint you have received.  Inquiries will be handled on a case by case basis.
